What services do you offer?
We provide home-based dog boarding and day care in a calm, loving environment. Your dog will be treated like one of the family while you’re away.
What is the difference between boarding and day care?
Boarding includes an overnight stay while day care is for dogs staying with us during the day (typically between 8am and 6pm).
How many dogs do you take at a time?
To ensure quality care and individualised attention, we limit the number of dogs we accept for boarding to one – or maximum three from the same household. Day care numbers are limited and subject to availability, please contact us to enquire.

About your dog’s stay
Will my dog be left alone during the day?
No dogs are never left unattended for long. We are a fully supervised service, and someone is always home unless it’s for quick errands (never exceeding regulatory guidelines).
Where will my dog sleep?
Dogs sleep inside our home anywhere they feel comfy. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s own bed, blanket, or comfort item to help them settle.
Do you take puppies or senior dogs?
Yes, we welcome dogs of all ages. We tailor care to suit each dog’s needs — whether it’s rest breaks for older dogs or enrichment activities for puppies.

About health and safety
What vaccinations does my dog need?
We require all dogs to be up to date with core vaccinations, including kennel cough. Proof will be needed before any booking is confirmed.
What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
In an emergency, we will contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if necessary. We have an emergency vet plan in place and will always prioritise your dog’s safety.
Do you accept dogs on medication?
Yes. We are experienced with dogs requiring medication and can follow your vet’s instructions carefully. Just let us know the details when booking.

Can i visit before booking?
Absolutely! We offer a free meet and greet so you and your dog can visit, ask questions, and ensure we’re the right fit.
How will i know how my dog is doing?
Via our free MillieGram service. We will send you regular updates, including photos and messages, to give you peace of mind while your dog is with us.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 25% non refundable deposit on all boarding bookings. Full payment is required 21 days prior to day one of the stay date.
Day care bookings are payable in full on confirmation. To retain a regular weekly slot, full payment is required whether or not your dog attends. We allow 2 weeks unpaid absence per calendar year with at least 7 days notice. Invoices are sent monthly in advance and are payable within 7 days.
