Step One: Meet & Greet

Contact us to check availability. Schedule a meet and greet so we can get to know your dog, and see how well we get along. We’ll have a cuppa and go over routines, preferences, medical and behavioural notes. If everyone is happy we’ll confirm your booking and secure it with a deposit.

Step Two: Stay & Play

Drop your precious cargo off on the stay date, where they’ll enjoy personalised service, attentive supervision and engaging activities tailored to their every whim. Now relax knowing your dog will be loved and safe while you’re away.

Step Three: Pick-Up & Feedback

Enjoy MillieGram’s, you’re daily updates giving you a snapshot of their Pawliday. When it’s time for the fun to end collect your happy dog and receive a detailed update on their stay, ensuring you’re always in the loop.

Without the necessary paperwork we are unable to board your dog. Not only is it a legal requirement it gives us all peace of mind.

At check out, we’ll keep you just a little while to update you and feedback on your dog’s pawliday. We will be sad until we see you again.

Legal Bits

In line with Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals)(England) Regulations 2018 we need to make sure a few things are in place prior to boarding. These apply to boarding and day care.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations

To protect guests from infectious diseases all dogs must be fully vaccinated against:

Canine parvovirus,

Canine distemper,

Infectious canine hepatitis,

Leptospirosis.

We strongly recommend vaccination against Kennel Cough, and will request a copy of your dog’s full vaccination record. Vaccinations must be complete at least 2 weeks before boarding.

Flea and worm

Flea, Worm, and Tick Treatment

Your dog must be up to date with flea, tick, and worm treatment, at least 14 days before boarding. We’ll need to see the packaging or a vet prescription as proof.

Microchipping

Dogs over 8 weeks old must be microchipped (as required by law). Before boarding, we’ll ask for:

Registration Company,

Emergency contact linked to the chip.

Emergency Contact

We must have at least one emergency contact who is not travelling with you. They should be available and able to collect your dog in case of an emergency if, for any reason, we are not able to reach you.

Veterinary Details

We will need the name, address, and contact details of the veterinary practice where your dog is registered. This will allow us to contact them in case of emergency.

Consent & Agree

Consent Forms

At check-in, we’ll ask for your consent for: Emergency vet treatment, Off-Lead exercise, Contact with other dogs and people, Transport, and Medication if needed. We’ll also check for any recent changes in behaviour or medical history.

Booking Agreement

A signed booking agreement will be required before your dog can stay with us. You will need to bring your copy with you on stay day.
